SpeedLab ("we", "our", or "the app") is developed by ViaLab. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use SpeedLab.

Information We Collect

SpeedLab collects minimal data to provide its core functionality:

• Speed Test Results: Download speed, upload speed, ping, and jitter values are stored locally on your device only.
• Network Information: WiFi network name (SSID), IP address, and ISP information are collected temporarily during tests and stored locally.
• Location Data: We request location permission solely to retrieve WiFi network information, as required by iOS. We do not track, store, or transmit your location.

Data Storage

All speed test results and preferences are stored locally on your device using UserDefaults. We do not operate any servers and do not transmit your test results to any external service.

Third-Party Services

SpeedLab uses the following third-party services:

• Cloudflare: Used to perform speed tests by downloading/uploading test files. Cloudflare's own privacy policy applies to these connections.
• ipinfo.io: Used to retrieve your public IP address and ISP information. Only your IP address is sent to this service.
• Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Apple StoreKit: Used to process in-app purchases. Apple's privacy policy governs these transactions.

Children's Privacy

SpeedLab is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties, except as described in the Third-Party Services section above.

Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all stored data at any time by:

• Using the "Delete All" option in the History section
• Deleting the app from your device

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
