By downloading or using SpeedLab, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SpeedLab, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

SpeedLab is an internet speed test and WiFi analyzer application. It measures download speed, upload speed, ping, jitter, and provides WiFi network analysis.

3. Accuracy of Results

Speed test results are approximate and may vary based on network conditions, server load, device performance, and other factors. Results should be used for informational purposes only and do not guarantee actual network performance.

4. Subscriptions

• SpeedLab offers optional Pro subscriptions (monthly and yearly) that unlock additional features.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

5. Advertisements

The free version of SpeedLab displays advertisements powered by Google AdMob. Pro subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
• Use the app to intentionally overload or disrupt network services

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in SpeedLab are owned by ViaLab and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

SpeedLab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ViaLab shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this app.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
